Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a streamlined processing of your request.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via our portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Sistaco™ packaging, ensuring all powders, applicators, and liquids are tightly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Sistaco™

  Affix your provided shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
